With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Waff Cullins of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on May 1, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Waff and Christine Stearns Waff; her husband Mills J. Cullins, Jr.; and her son Stephen Cullins. She is survived by: her daughter Chrystal Hollowell; her grandsons, S. Troy Hollowell (Tiffany), Todd Hollowell (Blair) and Ryan Cullins (Jeannie); her great grandchildren, Carli, Mason and Caroline Hollowell; and her grandsons, Zach and Mack Clark.
