It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Ann Williams of Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Tyndell and Mary Tyndell; and her son Ronald Ervin Williams. She is survived by: her husband Mack Ervin Williams; and her sisters, Alma Harper and Libby Kretzer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
