She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ortiz and Monserrate Ortiz; and her nephew David Ortiz. She is survived by: her son Benjamin Ortiz; and her siblings, Luis Rodriguez (Monin), Jorge Ortiz (Sheryl) and Esther Dodge (Mark). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
