Chole will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Virginia Waller; and her husband Romie Vance. She is survived by: her sons, Darren Vance (Mariela) and Darrel Vance (Rooter); her grandchildren, Nicole Channa (Baltej), Rebekah Fortenberry (Corey) and Cody Vance; her great grandchild Gaston Channa; her nephew James Garret (Gayle); and her niece Sandy Nesbitt (Norman).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home and Crematory (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chesapeake Baptist Church (1101 Burns St, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
