He is survived by: his wife Raychelle Mason; his children, Christopher R. Mason, Jr., Jason M. Rogers, Jaiden C. Mason, Christian O. Mason, De'Monta K. Slater, S'Rai A. Mason, Ni'Von C. Mason and Amoriana C. Mason; his grandmother Angelia D. Copeland; his siblings, Kindra R. Mason (Kevin), Tia D. Knight (Keith) and Octavius L. Williams; his granddaughters, Ulani and Serenity Slater; his godchildren, Marcus and Zyah Thomas; his aunts and uncles, George A. Reid, Jr. (Cheryl), Broderick Reid, Alvis Reid, Darnell Reid (Sherry), Ron D. Mason (Kim), Joanne Calvie (Dwayne), Lenora Reid and Iris Reid; and his close friend Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the T. E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home (405 Johnson Ave, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grove Baptist Church (5910 W Norfolk Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23703). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery (1421 Kings Fork Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
