She was predeceased by: her parents, George Linwood Zuidema and Francis Marling Sawyer; her husband Dr. Paul Gerard Moerschell Jr.; and her siblings, Lucy Sizemore and George Zuidema.
She is survived by: her sister Doris Clapp; her children, Dr. Paul Gerard Moerschell III (Susan), Patricia Gale Moerschell, Pamela Moerschell Jerothe (Richard) and Phillip George Moerschell; and her grandchildren, Paul Moerschell IV, Ross Moerschell (Debbie), Whitney Ludvik (Patrick), Matthew Ludvik (Stephanie), Lark Moerschell and Elizabeth Moerschell.
In lieu of flowers, Connie requested that donations be made to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
