It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Anderson Perkinson (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Dale's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Anderson and Edith Anderson; and her brother Rodger Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Darryl Andrew Perkinson; her daughters, Christina Perkinson Berta (Steven) and Jennifer Lynn Perkinson; her sister Judith Anderson Harris; and her grandson Jackson Andrew Sprow. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Creation United Methodist Church - Aldersgate Campus (4320 Bruce Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice House of Hampton Roads, 2060 Upton Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23454, in honor of Dale's compassionate spirit.
