He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil S. Woods and Lila H. Woods; his siblings, Francis, Larry Woods and Evelyn Solano; and his grandson Zackery Woods.
He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia Syverson, Louise Kleinschmit and Myrna Clough; and his sons, Sean Woods (Tram Ho) and Nathan Woods (Jessie).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
