He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Clere Fleming; his parents, Glen F. Fleming and Addie F. Fleming; and his son Scott K. Fleming. He is survived by: his son Keith E. Fleming of Portsmouth; his sister Glenda Thompson of Ocala, FL; his granddaughter Chelsea E. Fleming of Norfolk; his great grandchild Farrah Gillispie of Norfolk; and his nephews, Steve and Mark Clere of Ocala.
