He was predeceased by: his brother Jesse. He is survived by: his spouse Ulrike; and his children, Scott, Amanda and Nikki. He is also survived by his wife of fifty-three years, his three children, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
