Bartley (Elmo) of Virginia Beach, VA, Roslyn Bartley (Pebbles) of Aurora, IL and Rosnette Hayes (Nettie) of Norfolk, VA.; her siblings, Sylvester (Larry) of Vineland, NJ, Michael of Millville, NJ, Jerry of Hartford, CT and JoyceAnn of Bridgeton, NJ.; her children-in-law, Ginger Taylor and Anthony Hayes; her grandchildren, Anticius Jr., Juel, Jade, Pierce, Harris and Joi; and her great grandchildren, Anticius III, Hollie Sophia and Liberty True. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
