She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blake and Agnes Hart Blake; her brother Randy Blake; and her grandparents, Shular and Velma Hart.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Jason Jr., Andrew, Mitchell, James, Veronica, Gavin, Gabrien, Jacob and Brielle. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
