Beard (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Lumpkin, Jr. and Anne S. Lumpkin; and her brother Frank Fletcher Lumpkin. She is survived by: her husband Rod Beard; her daughters, Whitney (Jimmy Bennetch) and Taylor (John Hollingsworth); her grandchildren, Waverly, Thatcher, Foster and JD; her siblings, Lee Anne Judkins and Billy Lumpkin (Betty); and her siblings-in-law, Patty Lumpkin, Jud Beard and Dean Beard (Carol).
