It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra A. Cooper of Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on May 11, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kanotz and Julius Kanotz. She is survived by: the father of her children Rick; her children, Amanda Vallos (Jim), Ricky Cooper (Sara) and Julie Cooper (Brett Bulkley); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Cooper Vallos, Ethan and Madison Cooper; her brothers, Dave Kanotz (Dee) and Duane Kanotz (Karen); and her grandson Greyson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to MPN Research Foundation, in her memory.
