He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice and Dorothy; and his brother James Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Pam Woodard; his daughters, Amber Caudell (Mark) and Ashley Woodard (Brian); his grandsons, Jackson Caudell and Evan Caudell; and his sisters, Joyce Harrell (Marshall), Shirley Weeks (Jim) and Nancy Morris (Lyn).
