She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Jane Hazley (McConico) and Herbert "Mon" Hazley; and her siblings, Sheila Hazley and Herbert Hazley Jr.. She is survived by: her significant other Melvin MacDonald; her children, Donovan Webb, Travis Webb, Donisha Wright (Roosevelt) and Shontay Hazley; her grandchildren, TyShawn Pouncil, Jaylen Wright, Christian Wright, Victoria Wright and Sasha Mix; her great grandchild Ava Pouncil; and her siblings, Emeline Hazley, Alesia Hazley, Clara Hazley, Howard Hazley, Thomas Hazley, Danny Hazley and Hubert Hazley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
