He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen and Lydia Allen; and his brother Jeff Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Marlene Watson Allen; his siblings, Bill Allen of Ohio, Karen Allen Rader of Indiana and Sue Allen Green of Ohio; his children, David (Elizabeth), Mark and Susan Allen Barber (Donn); his grandsons, Brandon Allen and Joshua Allen; and his great grandchild Parker Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
