We are sad to announce that, on August 26, 2022, at the age of 75, Doris Wiggins Unser of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Lavon S. Wiggins. She is survived by: her husband Richard Unser; her son Rich Unser; her sister Bonnie Efird; and her cousins, John Carper, Ralph Carper and Kim Beardsley-Garrison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Doris W. Unser Memorial Fund for the benefit of the Chesapeake Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services, to honor the care and lifesaving measures they attempted for Mrs. Unser.
