Douglas William Hugo Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2026, Douglas William Hugo (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hugo and Betty Hugo; his sisters, Betty Jo McMullen and Jean Francis; and his wife Grace Cockman Hugo.

He is survived by: his children, Timothy Hugo (Paula), Lisa Hugo and Stacey Mansfield (Trey). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
