He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie E. Allen, Sr. and Delma Bell Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Allen Brickhouse, Linda Allen, Henry J. Allen, John W. Allen and George L. Allen; his girlfriend Laura Sisson; his girlfriend's child Jesse Sisson (Kimberly Sisson); his daughter Christin Sisson; and his grandchildren, Joseph Shuping and Shaun Zelinsky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
