He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Carter Williams and Flora Mattie Hale Williams; his siblings, Catherine, Frankie, Becky, Charlie and Mary Jane; and his son-in-law David T. O'Malley.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Overstreet Williams; his daughters, Rhonda W. Capobianco (Robert) and Connie M. O'Malley; his grandchildren, Rebecca Toy (Ethan), Christopher O'Malley (Christie), Daniel Kelley (Hannah) and Robert N. Capobianco; his great grandchildren, Hayley, Caroline, Lila, Wade, Joanna and Cassidy; and his siblings, Madeline Caldwell, Carl A. Williams and Carter H. Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
