Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sturtevant Funeral Home (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
