He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Tootsie); his daughter Staci Perks (Phillip); his grandsons, Christopher, Nathaniel Skipper and Alexander Perks; his siblings, Della Myers (Floyd), Stan and Russell McBride; and his caregivers, Sara, Faith, Shay, Marlon, Trudy and Birdie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
