We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Elsye Louise Bryant (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Luther Ney and Margaret Katheryne Gardner; and her spouse Thomas Shelton Bryant, Jr.. She is survived by : her sons, Thomas S. Bryant, III of Smithfield and Robert W. Bryant (Sherri) of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Dane Summers of Chesapeake and Alexandra Bryant of Hampton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (8100 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505).

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, 2505 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Chesapeake, VA 23322.
