She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther Ney and Margaret Katheryne Gardner; and her spouse Thomas Shelton Bryant, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas S. Bryant, III of Smithfield and Robert W. Bryant (Sherri) of Chesapeake; and her grandchildren, Dane Summers of Chesapeake and Alexandra Bryant of Hampton.
