He is survived by: his wife Cindy Clemens; his daughters, Julie Clemens (Randall Schweller), Teresa Curfman (Dave) and Christine Clemens; his stepson Adam Queen (Sarah); his grandchildren, Thomas Holley (Shaeden), Anna Holley and AJ Holley; his great grandchildren, Addalie Holley, JT Holley and Konner Slone; his mother Josephine Clemens; his sister Mary DeCenzo (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Neville and Jim Musgrove (Susan).
