He is survived by: his wife Deborah Herring; his son Jason Herring; his stepson Eddie Miller; his children, Jeffrey Shiflett and Leslie Pagan; his grandson Jarrett Miller; his siblings, Joanne Boyles, Johnny Herring, Paul Herring and Tommy Herring; Kelly Kinderman and Bobbi-Jo Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
