He was predeceased by: his former wife Jo Anne Siegle; his parents, Christian H. Siegle and Edith Mae Siegle; his sister Lois; and his brother-in-law Howard Gettier.
He is survived by: his wife Doris C. Madison; his daughter Deborah Siegle Williams (Ted); his grandsons, Sean C. (Izzy) and Blair C. (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Charlie, Wickham and Nell Williams; his stepchildren, Fred Eugene (Donna), Jonathan M. (Marie) and Tina M. Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Summer Carter and Brittany Lipscomb; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Robbie, Nevaeha and Hazel; and his nieces and nephews, Glen (Judy), Ken, Jane Gettier and Betty Madison (Richard). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Creation Methodist Church (4320 Bruce Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
