He was predeceased by: his parents, George Manuel and Elizabeth Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Nancy H. Manuel; his daughters, Kathy (Doug), Leigh Anna Flora (Les) and Amy Waller (Gill); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Flora, Brandon Flora (Alyson), Brittany Clark, Carter Waller and Clay Waller; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Decker Flora; and his brother William C. Manuel.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Great Bridge United Methodist Church.
