He is survived by: his wife Mary Virginia Howard; his sons, Michael Howard (Anna) and Paul Smith; his sisters, Teresa Stanley, Brenda Corey (Danny) and Mary McMillion (Bob); and his grandchildren, Lauren and Whitney Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
