He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton F. Cutrell, Sr. and Sadie Pearl Watson Cutrell; and his brother Clifton F. Cutrell, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Heather Stancill (Mark) and Heath Cutrell of Chesapeake; his siblings, Eunice Boyd of Chesapeake, Doris Collins of Suffolk and Shirley Erickson of Aikins, SC; his grandchildren, Troy Stancill, Jr. of Chesapeake, Gaige Stancill of Chesapeake and Paris Stancill of Chesapeake; and his caregiver Tammy Pyle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
