He is survived by: his wife Holly L Wells; his siblings, Deborah Hobbs, Tim Wells (Nichelle) and Dennis Wells (Jennifer); his nieces, Amy Wells (Ron), Beth Newcomb (Mike), Rachel Wells and Rebekah Cheatham (Grayson); his nephew Justin Wells; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Natalie, Violet, Eli and Jonas Ray; and his daughter Alexa Pratt.
