Woolard (Laurie) of Chesapeake, VA; her siblings, Melba F. Carter of Virginia Beach, Jesse A. Fairley, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Tallahassee, FL and Paul R. Fairley (Janet) of Poplar Branch, NC; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Okuley (Matt), Justin Woolard (Kristen) and Elizabeth Woolard. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
