She was predeceased by : her parents, Fleming Morris and Carolyn Paulding. She is survived by : her siblings, James Barnard (Mary Liz), Frances Barnard Bass, Wanza Barnard McCalvin and Janet Barnard Stewart (Robert); her children, Lawrence (Diane), Loretta, Gladys M. Henryhand (Lawerence Henryhand), Faye, Miles (Joann), Sharon Wilson (Wilbur), Darlene Branch, Roy Rountree and Joy Haskins; and her daughter-in-law Elder Annie Rountree. She is also survived by many grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
