It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Marie Higgins (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Stone and Cecile Stone; her son John "Jick" Higgins; and her granddaughter Ryan Marie Higgins. She is survived by: her husband John Higgins; her sons, Jeff Higgins (Beth) and Kelly Higgins (Donna); her grandchildren, Brittany Webb (Victor), Madelyn Kresinske (Trae), Tess Cockrell (Brandon), Samantha Higgins and Kellie Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Webb, Myles Webb, Felicity Kresinske and Reese Cockrell. She is also survived by her family and friends.
