She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Foster and Pearl Howlett Atkins; her husband Milton T. "Huck" Walker; her daughter Deborah Walker Johnson; her great grandchild Orlando J. Reed (Herbert Foster Jr.); and her siblings, Albert Foster and Shirley Foster Vanhorn.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Stacy Miller; her grandson-in-law Jacob Ross; her grandson John R. Miller, III; and her great grandchildren, Lydia and Eli Ross. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
