He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Garrett and Mabel Wilson Garrett; his siblings, Earl Garrett and Doris Mindedahl; and his son-in-law Ronnie Renfrow.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Troha Garrett; his sister Dorothy Fleming; his daughters, Karen Lager, Kathleen Renfrow and Kristie Riley (Christopher); his grandchildren, Brandon Lager (Sarah), Sara Lager, Garrett Renfrow and Ronni Forbes (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Henry Lager, Will Lager and Ace Coll.
