It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Robert Thomas Sr. of Chesapeake, Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Thomas and Genevieve Thomas; his wife Mary Maxine Thomas; his grandsons, Kyle and Jeremy; and his great grandchild Lillian.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Robert Thomas, Jr. (Carolyn), Melanie Young (Daniel), Brian Thomas (Karen), Jeff Thomas (Jessica), Timothy Thomas (Kimberly), Clifford Thomas (Leanne) and Dana Jones (David); his grandchildren, Brian, Steven, Taylor, Cortney, Katie, Lance, Hunter, Roger, Charles of Jacqualyn, TJ, Cole of Andrew, DJ, Christine and Jimmy; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Kyle, James Riannon, Raegan, Jax, Kyleigh, Bently, Asa, Avery, Emmett, Emmersyn and Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
