Spear; his children, Patricia Midgette (Richard) of Chesapeake, Rebecca Lambert (Allan) of Chesapeake and Harry Bingham Spear, IV (Stacey) of Mechanicsville; and his grandsons, Peyton Lambert (Colleen), William Midgette (Madi), Matthew Midgette, Connor Spear (Kiala), Preston Lambert, Parker Spear (Caroline), Colby Lambert and Christopher Midgette. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monumental United Methodist Church (450 Dinwiddie St, Portsmouth, VA 23704).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to Monumental UMC or Shriners Children's Hospital.
