Sowder (Scott) of Elberon, VA and Ginny Townsend Payne (Scott) of Beaufort, NC; and his grandchildren, Katie Grant (Maggie), Ashley Grainger (Daniel), Christine Paschal, Michael Grant and John Sowder (Brittni).
