She is survived by: her husband Ronald Wethington; her children, Tammy Yancey and Ronald Wethington Jr.; her daughter-in-law Melissa Wethington; her grandchildren, Dianna Yancey, Kayla Yancey, Trinity Wethington, Regal Yancey Jr. and Ronald Wethington III (Trip); her grandson-in-law Rashaan Morris; her great grandchild Myah Morris; her sisters, Betty Long and Marie Cottle; her sister-in-law Candace Malkowski; her brother Murray Malkowski; her brother-in-law Rick Long; and her nieces and nephews, Christal Baril, Melissa Odea, Stacy Cloninger, Holly Sanchez, Tiffany Carranza, Jamey Woods and Ronald Cottle.
Hazel volunteered for Relay for Life to raise donations to fight against cancer, which was a cause she believed in strongly because her father passed due to cancer.
