She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alexander Brown, Sr. and Margaret Keys Brown; her husband Rudolph Lester Sr.; her brother Thomas Alexander Brown Jr.; her grandsons, Sterling Dominique Lester and Anthony Lee Harvin Jr.; and her pets, Queenie and Princess.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hiawatha L. Brown (Magaleine Brown) and Portia T. Brown; her nieces, Lil Portia, Lynette and Porlicia; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tamario, Tia, Devon, LaQuita, Cierra, Darius and Caleb; her daughter Bridgette; her granddaughter Alexis; her children, Yvette Marie Lester, Yvonne T. Lester, Sabrina O. McNeal (Aaron) and Rudolph Lester Jr.; her grandchildren, Andrew (Iasha), Donte, Jazmond, Antonio Jr., Precious (Johnathan), Lorenzo, Kaneesha, Lamar (Anthony), Lavonne, Jarvonna, Nikida (Derrick), Andre, Isaac, Isaiah, Felicia and Dionna; and her great grandchildren, Elasia, Elijah, Tadje, Andrew Jr., Ay'jah, Mikail, Jeremiah, O'mari, Charlie V, Jodie of Tonie, AJ, Ruby, A'Niyah, Ny'Shawn, Essence, De'Monni, Ah'King, Jette, Jayce, Sabrina and Helen.
