With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack B. Dabney of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dabney and Emma Dabney. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dabney; his daughters, Cyndi Hellman (Andrew), Donna Revellon (Lucas), Davina Wetherbee and Beverly Hall (John); and his brother Charles "Gene" Dabney. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of extended family and friends.
