He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bowman and Vera Melvin; and his brother Eddie Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Serafina Cauchi; his sister Freida Hill; his children, Robert Bowman (Sylvia) and Marisa Cormier (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Juliet, Marlee, Jaylee, Solun and Ivan; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Carter.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Jackie's memory.
