She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Rhines and Vera Burford; her son Robert Vincent; her husband Richard C. Siegwald; and her son-in-law David Jones (Rhonda).
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda (Rhines), Jones of Chesapeake, Mary (Vincent), Heller (Matt) of Baltimore, MD, Ericka (Siegwald), Hulscher (Wesley) of Flint, MI, Keith Siegwald and Kirt Siegwald; and her sisters, Patricia Rhines, Kathleen Pflieger and Barbara Britch of Alaska. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior project or the USO in Jackie's honor would be encouraged.
