He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie T. Carawan and Lillian Davenport Carawan; his wife Jeanette D. Carawan; and his siblings, Jackie Matthews and Rolfe Carawan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy McGee (Kevin) and Leasa Meroney (Chris); his grandchildren, Alyssa Hinchee (Amanda), Veronica Bushnell (Jake), Leona McGee and Jakob McGee; and his sister Carol Horn. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
