He is survived by: his wife Sharon Byers Parker; his son James Lawrence Parker, II (Johanna); his grandchildren, Magnolia and Leo; his daughter-in-law Lindsey Parker; his grandchild-in-law Nel; his siblings, Durand Koch (Tom), Gene Parker (Maudine) and Bobby Parker (Karen); and his stepmother Frances Parker.
