Phillips (Kim), Joseph M. Phillips, Benjamin R. Phillips (Jessica), James D Phillips (Heidi) and Abraham W. Phillips; his brother Roger Phillips (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Dahniel J. Crepsac, Avril D. Crepsac, David A. Bates, Anthony E. Bates, Gavin P. Phillips, Jordan K. Phillips and Dominic R. Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
