She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Greenough and Frances "Jean" Garrison Greenough; her husband David L. Dennis; and her pet Dee Dee. She is survived by: her brother Jesse Samuel "Sam" Greenough Jr.; her niece Amy Greenough English; her cousin Lauren Antley Wynn; and her close friend Elva Fentress Evans.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Graham Funeral Home and Crematory (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to 'Chesapeake Humane Society's Medical Fund https://chesapeakehumane.org or to St. Paul's United Methodist Church at 437 Providence Road, Chesapeake.
