She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Regan; and her nephews, Michael Aaron Smith and Dustin Michael Frantz. She is survived by: her father Richard Regan; her daughter Caitlin Rizor (Shellenbarger); her granddaughter Lyla Rizor; her sisters, Patti (Kyle), Doreen (Mike), Sharon (Dan), Ruth, Renee (Dan) and Barbi (Eric); and her nieces and nephews, Jason, Fawn, Theron, Aubree, Branden, Tonya, Wade, Carissa, Cassandra, Erica, Wyatt and Miley.
In lieu of flowers, Jeannie would have wanted donations to go to her granddaughter's college fund, as she found education to be the most important thing to obtain.
