He was predeceased by: his father John Chojnacki. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his son Dr. Jeremy Chojnacki (Katie); his granddaughters, Eleanora and Gwendolin; his mother Christine Chojnacki; and his siblings, Susan Rowles (Ron), David and Michael Chojnacki. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
